Hi, I'm Natalie and today Veritas Health is bringing you an easy wrist flexor stretch for wrist tendinitis. To do this stretch, you'll take the wrist you want to stretch, place the palm out in front of you, and then grabbing at the hand pull towards you so you feel a gentle stretch through the front of your forearm. You should hold this stretch for up to 30 seconds. If the stretch worsens your symptoms or causes you pain, please stop and consult with your medical provider.
You can then switch to the other wrist, putting the palm out in front of you and pull towards you looking for a gentle stretch through the front of the forearm. Once again, hold this stretch for 30 seconds. I recommend using a timer because 30 seconds can be a lot longer than it feels.
You can work up to performing this stretch 3 times on each wrist. To learn more about wrist tendinitis, please visit us here at Sports-health. And be sure to subscribe to our channel for more videos like this. Thank you for watching.
