Hi, I'm Natalie. And today, Veritas Health is going to show you a horizontal squat stretch for hip pain relief. To do this stretch, you're going to get on the floor. I'm going to have you start on your hands and knees and put your knees as wide as you can go comfortably. Then you're going to sit your hips back till you get a gentle stretch to the hips and the groin. I'm going to demonstrate that for you. You can hold the stretch for 30 seconds and work up to three sets of it. If the stretch causes any increase in your symptoms or makes your symptoms worse, please stop and talk to your medical provider.
